By accessing, downloading, installing, or using vexTweaks in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and the vexTweaks development team ("we," "us," or "our"). If you are using this Software on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

vexTweaks is a Windows optimization and customization tool designed to help users modify system settings, improve performance, and personalize their Windows experience. The Software provides various tweaks that adjust operating system configurations, registry entries, and system services. All tweaks offered are optional and user-initiated.

vexTweaks modifies Windows operating system settings and configurations. While every effort is made to ensure tweaks are safe and reversible, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

• •Results may vary across different Windows versions, builds, and hardware configurations
• •It is the User's sole responsibility to create system restore points and backups before applying any tweaks
• •We strongly recommend understanding each tweak before applying it to your system
• •The User is solely responsible for ensuring compatibility with their specific system

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• •We make no warranty that the Software will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• •We make no warranty that the Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• •We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any results obtained through the use of the Software
• •We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• •Loss of data, system corruption, or system instability
• •Hardware or software malfunction resulting from applied tweaks
• •Inability to use the Software or any part thereof
• •Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• •Any third-party conduct or content related to the Service
• •Misuse, misconfiguration, or misunderstanding of any feature or tweak by the User
• •Any other matter relating to the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory

As a user of vexTweaks, you agree that:

• •You are solely responsible for any changes made to your system through vexTweaks
• •You will create appropriate backups and restore points before applying any tweaks
• •You will read and understand the description of each tweak before applying it
• •You will not hold vexTweaks or its developers responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow recommended practices
• •You will not use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purposes
• •You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software without explicit written permission
• •You will not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software or any part of it

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vexTweaks, its developers, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales of Pro licenses are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases where the Software is demonstrably defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• •Breach of these Terms of Service
• •Unauthorized distribution or sharing of license keys
• •Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with the Software
• •Using the Software for malicious or illegal activities

Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to liability limitations, disclaimers, and indemnification clauses.

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Software or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We are under no obligation to provide updates, patches, or new features. When updates are released, some tweaks may be added, modified, or removed based on compatibility, security, or performance considerations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
